At Founders we make it easy to process payments for your customers who choose to come in or call your agency to make payments.
We offer many payment options including cash/agency sweep, personal check, e-check, credit card and debit card.
Customers enrolled in our EFT program for recurring monthly payments from checking, savings or credit card receive a discount on their installment fees.
Online Endorsements
Online endorsement capabilities are available for all personal auto programs in all states.
You have access to immediately make the following changes for your customers:
- Change insured information such as name, address, policy discounts and surcharges.
- Add, remove or endorse driver information including driver discount, surcharges and violations.
- Add, remove or endorse excluded driver information.
- Add, remove or endorse vehicle information including discounts, surcharges and coverage limits.
Limitations of the Online Endorsement System:
- You may only submit one endorsement per policy within a 24 hour time period.
- The requested quote is an estimate of the endorsement premium pending its review by our underwriting department.
Online Renewals
What policies can I renew using the Online Renewal System?
- Agency Billed policies which will renew with/ without changes; with maximum 45 days lapse or without a lapse.
- Direct Billed policies which will renew without a lapse and with/without changes.
- Direct Billed policies which will renew with a lapse and without changes (by making a renewal downpayment).
